Refund policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund eligible purchases. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine eligibility). You have 14 days to inquire about an exchange or to receive a Credit. We do not refund. Our credit's will not expire and can be used both online and in-store. As soon as the returned item gets to us we will ship out your Credit Note.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be completed no later than 14 days after the order is received.

  • Original invoice must accompany returned item(s) in order for refund to be processed.

  • Original item(s) must be in the same condition as when received, unopened and unused.

  • Gift returns can only be made in stores.

  • Returns & exchanges in store are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. The original receipt and original method of payment must be presented. A merchandise credit will be issued for the total amount returned.

  • Returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn or unused to be accepted.

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND CARRIER CLAIMS

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damage believed to have occurred during shipping must be reported directly to the shipping carrier and not to Hunters Headquarters.

  • Hunters Headquarters is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs while an order is in transit with the carrier.

  • Claims for shipping-related damage, loss, or mishandling must be submitted directly to the carrier in accordance with the carrier's claims procedures.

  • Any shipping damage must be documented with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label before the item is assembled, modified, installed, used, or altered in any way.

  • Hunters Headquarters reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, credit, or claim where the item has been assembled, modified, used, or altered after delivery, making it impossible to determine whether the damage occurred during transit.

  • Customers may be required to retain all original packaging and shipping materials for carrier inspection.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Gift Certificates are non-returnable.

  • New and used firearms, all optics, and ammunition.

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURN

  • Shipping charges from the original purchase will be deducted from your credit note.

TO RETURN AN ITEM

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Hunters Headquarters. We will not pay for return shipping.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We pride ourselves on processing, boxing, and shipping orders very quickly.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking/processing fee.
