It comes with a free-float quadrail and utilizes standard AR15 furniture and trigger components, which are housed in a 6061T-6 aluminum receiver with black hardcoat anodizing for added durability. The side charging handle can be moved to either side and this firearm is engineered to accept Glock magazines. It has the added ability to convert to other pistol calibres with a conversion kit, available separately. Because of its standardization on two of the most popular platforms around, the JR Carbine is easily customizable.
